Specialized Expertise in AI/ML-Focused Federal Funding
We’ve worked extensively with top federal agencies that fund cutting-edge AI and machine learning research:
NSF (National Science Foundation): We assist teams applying to NSF’s Smart and Connected Communities, AI Research Institutes, and Core programs, aligning AI/ML research with NSF’s strategic goals.
DoD (U.S. Department of Defense): We help defense startups develop and submit high-impact AI projects for DoD SBIR/STTR topics related to national security, predictive analytics, automation, and robotics.
NIH (National Institutes of Health): For health-focused AI/ML projects, we guide clients through NIH SBIR programs to develop solutions in medical imaging, diagnostics, digital health, and computational biology.
DOE (Department of Energy): We support AI/ML projects that improve energy efficiency, grid resilience, and smart infrastructure—ensuring that proposals meet technical merit, innovation, and impact standards.

Deep Technologies and Software
we specialize in deep technologies and software-driven innovations, setting us apart from traditional grant consulting firms. Our core strength lies in our deep understanding of complex R&D projects in areas like AI, machine learning, advanced computing, and enterprise-grade software systems.
We’re not generalists—we’re a niche team with strong technical insight and a proven track record in helping deep tech startups and early-stage companies succeed in the federal funding landscape, especially through programs like NSF SBIR/STTR.
Why Focus on Deep Tech?
Agencies like the National Science Foundation (NSF) are currently prioritizing funding for high-risk, high-reward technologies that have the potential to transform industries. This includes innovations in software engineering, scalable computing platforms, data science, automation, cybersecurity, and more.
Our team understands the language, technical depth, and compliance requirements these proposals demand. We help you articulate your innovation’s impact clearly, whether it’s in scientific advancement, commercial scalability, or societal value—all of which are core criteria for NSF review panels.
