G. Antonio Sosa-Pascual
As the CEO of REOF Tech, Antonio is responsible for consulting engagements, federal grant applications, strategic planning sessions, client communication, and business development. Over his career, he has managed more than fifty consulting engagements ranging from small fast turnaround projects to long and steady projects. Most projects have focused on preparing federal grants, management consulting, and helping organizations develop and execute their federal grant strategies. Over this career, he has acquired more than $84M on behalf of his clients.
Oscar Ojeda-Cana
Oscar Ojeda-Cana serves as REOFTech’s Project Manager, responsible for optimizing the company’s approach to scientific rigor and project management. Prior to this, he served as a researcher in matters related to the food-energy-water nexus, renewable energy technologies, and public policy. Oscar has a transdisciplinary scientific preparation focused on microbiology, sociotechnical systems, data science, and operations research. Oscar has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Microbiology from the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) Mayaguez Campus.
Rodrigo A. Díaz Muñoz
Rodrigo, our CTO, provides technology consulting services and business technology analysis. Rodrigo uses business intelligence resources to optimize company processes and achieve strategic goals through technology. He is a full-stack developer with over 20 years of experience, has worked as a consultant for various companies and has developed multiple software solutions for business. Rodrigo Diaz graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus with a B.A. in Economics and has a JD from Interamerican University School of Law.
David Miranda, Ph.D.
At REOF Tech, David serves as an R&D consultant. He is responsible for assisting clients with the development of new technologies, project management, and grant writing. In the past, he has worked in projects related to tissue engineering, medtech, agritech, and edtech. David holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from MIT, and a Ph.D. in Medical Engineering from the Harvard-MIT Program in Health, Sciences and Technology.
Alejandro Badillo
At REOF Tech, Alejandro provides grant writing and analysis services. As part of the grant writing and analysis services, Alejandro engages in research of relevant research papers, literature and other third party sources to validate the grant proposal. Alejandro received his B.A. at Haverford College, M.P.P. at University of Michigan Ford School of Public Policy, and J.D. at Columbia University School of Law.
